What we collect

• What you send us. Emails, enquiry details and any documents you choose to share so we can answer you.
• Chat. If you use the chat, the conversation and any contact details you type are stored so our team can follow up. It is an AI-assisted chat and it says so.
• Subscriptions. If you subscribe to regulatory updates, we keep your email address and the time you consented.
• Server logs. Standard technical logs (IP address, pages requested) kept for security and troubleshooting.

What we use it for

Answering you, running conflict checks, handling your matter, and sending the updates you asked for. Nothing else. We do not run advertising, we do not sell or rent your information, and this site carries no third-party analytics or ad trackers.

Cookies and local storage

The site itself sets no tracking cookies. The chat stores a local identifier in your browser so a conversation can continue across visits; clearing your browser storage removes it.

Storage and retention

Data is stored on servers we operate. Enquiry and chat records are kept while needed to handle the matter; subscription addresses are kept until you unsubscribe — every newsletter carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your chat or enquiry records at any time, and unsubscribe from updates at any time. Email mail@intenova.cn and we will confirm once it is done.

Third parties

Newsletter delivery uses an email-delivery provider; it processes recipient addresses solely to deliver our messages. No other third party receives your information unless the law requires it.
